Dundee City Fencing Club once again host their unique one-hit Epee competition on Saturday 5th March 2017.  Your aim is to fence everyone in the room.

The 6 weapon Glasgow Open will return on the weekend of 8th/9th April 2017 at Hutchesons Grammar School.

Marshal Fencing is holding a Sabre only Open held at their new Manchester Fencing Centre on Sunday 18th September.

The Centre has 19 full size metallic pistes, with 13 Scoring boxes for competitions, Changing Rooms, Strength and conditioning area,meeting/class room, parents chill area, with pool table and vending machines, a 30 meter bench for fencers with storage for fencing bags, and also an armory.

This year's M8 Open will try a new format - a combination of Individual and Team events.  Things might not run as smoothly as previous years but you can be sure it will be great fun. We do need your help to make this work.

Both events will run simultaneously so teams will need a reserve - since some of your team may be fencing in their Individual event when you need them for the Team event.  The Team event will be Mixed but the Individual event will be single sex.

The Highland Open 2016 will be held in Elgin on the weekend of 29th/30th October.  As usual this is a 6 weapon Open competition open to all fencers over 13.

£23 for one weapon or £32 for two.  There is also the option to enter via the Celtic Passport which provides a great deal on entry to the Highland, M8, Edinburgh and Glasgow Opens - £79 for two weapons at all 4 events.
