As is usual, the last Thursday night before the holidays we will have a tactical training session in The Althol starting at 7pm.  It is important to remember that in order to prevent dehydration during such intense training it may be necessary to consume additional liquids.

The Althol has many different types of refreshment available and will have a feastive menu availble.
