Scottish Fencing is continuing the sequence of “Ready Steady Fence” courses in the Coach Education Programme for the 2012-2013 fencing season.

Ready Steady Fence is an entry level National Governing Body qualification suitable for teachers, volunteers and activity leaders without previous fencing experience. It contains all you need to know to confidently introduce basic fencing skills, concepts, fun and games in schools, local clubs or youth groups in a safe and effective manner.

This training is spead over 2 days

• Saturday 23rd - Child Protection and First Aid
• Sunday 24th - Warmups and Fencing skills

The cost of this entry level qualification is £40, including first aid and child protection certificates.
