Wallace Fencing Academy starts their annual 48er series with a Foil event on Saturday 12th September.  This is an ideal introduction to competitions for beginners as well as a fun event for more experienced fencers.

The 48er series includes voucher prizes and a free prize draw (for a new weapon) at each event, and cash prizes for the overall series 1st, 2nd and 3rd (based on your best four event results).  The series includes 3 Foil events, 2 Epee events and 1 Sabre event - all held on Saturdays spanning the season.

The confirmed dates for the series are as follows:
Sat 12st Sep – Foil; Sat 31st Oct – Epee; Sat 5th Dec – Foil; Sat 16th Jan – Sabre; Sat 16th Apr – Epee; Sat 14th May – Foil

Entry fee £16 - first 48 payments accepted, entries on the day at organisers discretion.

As this is an open competition, fencers should be at least 13 years old.

Refreshments available for purchase on the day.

A small Leon Paul – Scotland stand will be present, please contact us if you would like to see or purchase specific equipment.
